Many don't realize that there are so many special cases even for translation of natural RNA bases, so much that special software is needed to determine the resulting protein.

All those rules are not known for N-1-methylpseudouridine, so some aminoacids can vary in the resulting protein, with unknown possibly harmful long term effects.

Can you link to some sources for such special cases here? Much appreciated.

I know Wikipedia ain't too accurate, but its (RNA to protein) Translation page ia very nice:

Whereas other aspects such as the 3D structure, called tertiary structure, of protein can only be predicted using sophisticated algorithms, the amino acid sequence, called primary structure, can be determined solely from the nucleic acid sequence with the aid of a translation table.

This approach may not give the correct amino acid composition of the protein, in particular if unconventional amino acids such as selenocysteine are incorporated into the protein, which is coded for by a conventional stop codon in combination with a downstream hairpin (SElenoCysteine Insertion Sequence, or SECIS).

There are many computer programs capable of translating a DNA/RNA sequence into a protein sequence. Normally this is performed using the Standard Genetic Code, however, few programs can handle all the "special" cases, such as the use of the alternative initiation codons which are biologically significant. For instance, the rare alternative start codon CTG codes for Methionine when used as a start codon, and for Leucine in all other positions.

Example: Condensed translation table for the Standard Genetic Code (from the NCBI Taxonomy webpage).[25

I find this to be pretty g-d disturbing: ". . . spike protein levels get to higher levels after two jabs of the Pfizer vaccine compared to people with severe COVID". I really did not sign up for that when I agreed to get vaccinated.

Moderna talk about miRNA based tissue targeting technology. They either did not use it or it failed spectacularly. Thus resulting in systemic spike protein synthesis.

This sentence seems to have a typo: "Our body doesn’t want to around at all, let alone persisting for weeks."

A very good, detailed contribution that gave me a lot of new insights.

Thank you very much for this.

I am a self-employed physician.

My interest is in immunobiology.

I am convinced that there are natural means to block the spikes from the vaccines and decompose them via protease.

In the meantime, the cases of severe side effects and deaths caused by the SARS-CoV-2 vaccines are increasing more and more.

I have now been working for over a year to research natural remedies that can deactivate the viral spike proteins and viral mRNA.

The hope is that these agents will have a similar effect on the spikes and on the mRNA from the SARS-CoV-2 vaccines.

Here are some interesting agents that can successfully block and/or destroy at least the viral structures.

Hope remains that these can also deactivate the toxic structures from the SARS-CoV-2 vaccines. Laboratory tests are now urgently needed for this.

Previous studies suggested andrographolide targeted nonstructural proteins of SARS-CoV-2 as the mechanism of action. An enzyme-based assay and in silico modeling prediction showed andrographolide could inhibit the main protease (Mpro) activities of SARS-CoV-2 with an IC50 of 15 μM. (26,29) When compared to our finding, the IC50 from the Mpro enzyme-based assay was 10 times higher, implying that andrographolide probably functions through multiple targets as previously predicted by in silico models. (25−28) It has been proposed that andrographolide is involved in multiple steps of the viral life cycle including viral entry, genetic material replication, and protein synthesis and inhibits the expression or function of the mature proteins. (24) Maurya et al. (50) showed that andrographolide has significant binding affinity toward the spike glycoprotein of both SARS-CoV-2 and ACE2 receptors and could be developed as a prophylactic agent for limiting viral entry into the host cells.

I have already had good experience with Andrographis Paniculata against severe SARS-CoV-2 vaccination side effects in my patients.

Now the urgently needed laboratory tests are still missing.

if you are so sure, then you must take an injection of the Covid-19 vaccine mRNA, if necessary, repeated injections every 3-4 months so that your antibodies are strong against Covid-19.
